"As
an overweight teenager though my 20's, I have struggled to find ways to
lose and maintain a "goal weight". At my heaviest I weighed close to
180 lbs and wore a size 15-16. I managed to accomplish some weight loss
on my own; but skipping meals and routinely moving from one machine to
another at the gym was not enough to keep me interested or challenged
and I never stuck to a plan. I needed someone to make me accountable for
my decision of a healthier me.
