“I used to play soccer to stay in shape, until one day I had a knee injury and had to stop playing for several months. During that time I gained weight. My clothes weren’t fitting the same and I no longer liked the way I looked. I joined True Fitness Boot Camp July 2013. Since then I’ve lost 14 lbs., dropped 5.5% of my body fat, and improved my overall fitness levels. The constant changing workouts have helped me reach my goals!
